Key Responsibilities: ◾ Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. ◾ Oversee and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, payment milestones, technical deliverables, and quality standards. ◾ Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. ◾ Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders. ◾ Establish KPIs and metrics to track project performance. ◾ Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Senior Project Manager Additional Responsibilities: ◾ Lead a team of project managers, providing guidance and mentorship. ◾ Develop and implement project management processes and best practices. Qualifications: ◾ Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field. ◾ PMP or equivalent certification preferred. ◾ Project Manager: 3-5 years of project management experience. ◾ Senior Project Manager: 7+ years of project management experience, including oversight for other project managers. ◾ Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). ◾ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
