This week, our Program Manager, Landon (Matthew Campbell), attended the Horry County Community Collaborative (HC3) meeting, where all workgroups gathered to advance community health efforts. As a pilot site for county-level coalitions, HC3 is integrating Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas (HPHC) plans into a scorecard system to track progress and impact. This will eventually expand to their full Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
