We’re dedicated to building a workplace where everyone feels welcome, valued and included. This dedication has earned us a place among the 46 hospitals and healthcare organizations on Forbes’ Best Employers for Women list. It was a great day to celebrate our great colleagues! We hosted our summer appreciation event at our 8170 building, featuring great music, local food trucks, and, most importantly, our amazing colleagues. Thank you to all our partners for good who make HealthPartners a great place to work and to receive care and coverage.

We recognize that innovation in health care sometimes means removing barriers for our patients and members, such as providing reliable transportation to ensure they can easily schedule and attend their health appointments. Our community advisory council, made up of people from all walks of life in our communities, found that transportation is a barrier to care for many people, especially those with Medical Assistance plans like PMAP, SNBC, MSC+, or MSHO. For these members, RideCare is one option that delivers safe, no-cost medical transportation. Learn more about this service by visiting: https://bit.ly/4fkduS0 For any members who don’t qualify for RideCare but are still in need of low- or no-cost transportation services, we’ve partnered with Unite Us. Unite Us can also help find resources related to childcare, education, housing assistance and more. To search for local resources, visit: https://bit.ly/3Ycm92V
