Our Story
Women face the greatest barriers to accessible and affordable healthcare. Our healthcare system is broken, and Alpha Medical is here with a better solution. Alpha was formed with the goal of providing access to care for some of the country’s most common, underserved, and undertreated medical needs. Each member of our team has faced their own challenge with today’s healthcare system - we empathize, we care, and we are your advocates.

At Alpha, we strive to hire great people and compensate them at market levels. We use external benchmarks to assess what market compensation should be for various jobs and update these benchmarks at least annually. We are committed to providing a premium health benefits package including medical, dental and vision and match up to 4% of your salary on the amount that you invest in your 401K account each year.
