✨WELCOME TO HILLS✨ We are incredibly pleased to welcome Shayna Bluemlein to HILLS Properties as the Property Manager at Altair Luxury Apartments in Florence, Kentucky! Shayna comes to HILLS with leasing, restaurant and retail management experience. She started in Property Management back in 2018 as a leasing agent and worked her way up to Lease Up Property Manager. She moved to Colorado in 2020 due to the pandemic and worked at a ski resort doing HOA/COA Management. She returned to Northern Kentucky in 2023 and was the Yardi and Association Management Trainer for Towne Properties until switching gears as a Manager at Dillard’s. She is so excited to be back in Property Management as the Lease-Up Property Manager at Altair! Shayna has lived in five states (KY, OH, WA, MT & CO) She loves cooking, hosting friends and family, listening to music, dancing, fishing or hiking in the mountains, nerding out over Star Wars and LOTR, playing board games and checking out rooftop restaurants in every city she visits! She sells fine art for her grandfather, a side job she’s maintained since 2010. She runs their family website and social media and controls all the print marketing. They have an art show coming up on November 8th! Shayna is in school for Geosciences/GIS and Surveying and plans to finish her degree by the end of 2025. She has kept her eye on HILLS since March and was thrilled when a position became available in the Northern Kentucky market. Regarding her onboarding experience, she said, “so far everyone has been so kind and welcoming at HILLS. Having the support of my former boss (shout out to Jenn Mason) has been so delightful, and Gillian, Jenn Hudson and the teams at Vantage and Graphite as well as the Corporate Office have been incredible to work with; I just know I have an amazing support system here. ✨WELCOME TO HILLS✨ We are incredibly pleased to welcome Shawn Green to HILLS Properties as the Maintenance Supervisor at Waterford Place Apartments in Loveland, Ohio. Shawn comes to HILLS with twelve years of maintenance related experience. When asked about his onboarding experience he said, “I have to say I honestly have never felt more at home starting at a new company. I’m so unbelievably happy to be here! I’m looking forward to my future with HILLS at Waterford Place and making our residents as happy as possible!” Shawn is excited to keep the property in proper order, and foster relationships with fellow associates, vendors and residents. He has jumped in with two feet and can’t wait to get to work every morning and make a difference. In his free time, you will find Shawn with his family. He loves boating, sports and playing outside with his four children and four grandchildren. In 2020, Shawn's family experienced a profound loss, which, rather than pulling them apart, strengthened their bond. He now finds a special connection to his late son through his grandson, Collin Green Jr., who was born after his father's passing, carrying forward his family name and legacy. Congratulations, Shawn! Taylor started his HILLS career in 2021 as a Leasing Consultant at Savoy at the Streets of West Chester. He previously worked in finance dealing with insurance and investments – he loves numbers! His love of numbers, attention to detail, and calm and caring demeanor with prospects, residents, team members, and vendors are just a few things that make him the perfect candidate for this promotion to Business Manager at The Landings at Beckett Ridge. Taylor loves developing relationships with residents. He said, “residents are always like family,” and although he is sad to leave his Savoy family, he is excited to meet the new family that waits for him at The Landings.
