Associate Spotlight: Safiya Brown, Human Resources Manager "My favorite Holder memory was the day I was promoted to manager. When the announcement was made, the People Team was so excited for my achievement. I never experienced that level of support at any other company during my career."

This summer, Interns from four Atlanta job sites learned more about design, scheduling, procurement and team execution by building “Little Libraries” that were donated to the Atlanta Housing Authority for installation around the city.   Interns presented their design, budget and finished project to a panel of Project Managers and Superintendents in a friendly competition.  Team Trilith took first place with their Book Barn.  Thanks to all who guided our interns in this process! #HolderGIVES

Exciting news from Batchelor & Kimball, Inc.’s joint venture with The Poole and Kent Corporation, Upland Mechanical! We recently partnered with Holder Construction for our inaugural “Bikers for Backpacks” event—a charity bike ride dedicated to gathering school supplies and essentials for students in need. Our team rode through town, collecting donations and delivering them to Lancaster County Schools in Ohio. A big shoutout to our amazing team and a huge thank you to Holder Construction for joining us in this meaningful cause!

  We’re beating the Arizona heat with the Topping Out of Stream’s new PHX II data center, the second building on our Mammoth Goodyear Campus. A major milestone has been reached with our Trilith Auditorium project in Fayetteville, GA! At 107,000 pounds and 110 feet long, the main stage truss was lifted into place. This 1,800-seat auditorium is the centerpiece of the seven-acre Trilith LIVE entertainment complex which also features a luxury cinema, two live audience film studios, an outdoor plaza, and a seven-level parking deck. Associate Spotlight: Gabriel Watson, Scheduler, Hollywood Burbank Airport RPT "As Holder’s first new graduate in the scheduling department, my role started out as a TRE learning to be a builder. That role changed from feeding the field and building my relationships with the trade partners to building the schedule as a tool everyone can use to plan the project. At Hollywood Burbank Airport, it’s my goal to foster an environment where the team feels they have ownership over the schedule turning it from “the” schedule to “our” schedule."
