In January, Danone shared the news that it entered into an agreement with Platinum Equity, a U.S.-based global investment firm to sell its Horizon Organic and Wallaby brands. Today, Danone and Platinum Equity shared that the sale is complete, and Platinum Equity is now the owner of Horizon Organic Dairy, LLC. Today marks the start of a new chapter. We are optimistic and excited about our future with Platinum Equity, who is committed to helping us maximize our potential with renewed focus and resources to grow and thrive. We are grateful to Danone for its support through this transition and over the years. And we are always appreciative of our farmers and partners who have been at the heart of our brand for more than 30 years. As the leading organic milk producer in the U.S., Horizon has been committed to delivering innovative, nourishing dairy products that families can rely on.
