At the US PREP Houston Learning Tour, education leaders, school districts, and policy advocates came together to explore innovative solutions for teacher preparation and retention. From paid residencies to strategic staffing, Houston is leading the way in ensuring new teachers are supported and ready to succeed in the classroom.
