Earlier this week, I had the privilege of leading multiple roundtable discussions at the 100 Women In Finance Impact Investing Symposium. We explored investment opportunities in the affordable housing sector and the work Hudson Valley Property Group is doing to promote sustainability and better local communities.   A special thanks to 100 Women In Finance for hosting such a great event. I’m excited to speak at Commercial Observer's Institutional Investor & Private Equity Forum on September 19! This forum will bring together some of the most respected investors and owners in the market to explore opportunities for real estate private equity funds. I’ll be participating in a panel titled, “How Are Institutional Investors Addressing the Affordable Housing Crisis?” where we’ll discuss how institutional investors are partnering with government agencies and non-profit organizations to fund affordable housing projects, as well as the impact investment strategies being leveraged to attract additional private investment.   Hope to see you there.

We are thrilled that HVPG’s Grandview Terrace property has been selected as a finalist in the ‘Best Preservation Development’ category of Affordable Housing Finance’s Reader’s Choice Awards.
