And just like that, the Shell is down. The building held a special place in the hearts of many, including our own Michael Huffman. Mike competed on the indoor track there for the first time his Senior year of high school, setting a school record in the 3200m. (Rumor has it he still holds this record.) We are excited for the future of this space and can’t wait for all of the new memories that will be made. We’d love to hear your memories from the Shell in the comments! Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of attending the Grand Opening for NorthStar's new Radiopharmaceutical CDMO facility. The opening of this new 52,000-square-foot building makes NorthStar the first and only U.S. company housing commercial-scale, multi-radioisotope production radiopharmaceutical development services on the same campus. We are excited to be working with the Madison Public Market Foundation. The new market will be located at the corner of E. Johnson and First St. in the 45,000-square-foot building that was previously the City Fleet Services building. Madison Public Market will be a celebration of diversity and entrepreneurship. The once-empty space will soon be home to local food merchants from a variety of cultural backgrounds with a wide range of unique offerings. Progress is being made every day at the site, particularly with the artwork aspect. The planned artwork for the exterior of the Madison Public Market will be striking and highly visible, celebrating our community’s diversity and history.
