Big businesses have been pulling back on DEI. And it's not just internal initiatives--it's also grant programs designed to support minority entrepreneurs. TikTok, Progressive, and PepsiCo are just a few of the corporate giants to have rolled back such programs, Bruce Crumley reports for Inc. Magazine.
