After a presentation from Donley’s Chief People Officer George Esner and IC’s Senior Superintendent Jeffrey Vavrek, our engineers took to the Valor Acres parking garage project site, learning firsthand how we, as construction managers, can best support our concrete teams to ensure every project reaches its full potential. Progress is moving smoothly at the Pepperl+Fuchs Group HQ site in Twinsburg! The roofing membrane is in place, all rooftop mechanical units are set, and the concrete slab-on-grade is complete. Exterior insulation panels, air vapor barrier, and the green girt system have been installed, while MEP rough-ins are underway. Storefront and curtainwall framing have begun, as well as burnished block installation at the accessory building. Stay tuned for future updates! We’re proud to have played a key role in the second phase of the Greater Cleveland Food Bank's expansion! 🥫 After completing the new distribution center on Coit Road, we returned to renovate and expand their original South Waterloo Road location. This updated facility, which will serve 30,000 people annually, features a grocery store-like food pantry, a state-of-the-art test kitchen, and a new Resource Center offering essential services like job readiness, legal aid, healthcare, and more.
