The Institute of Hospitality South East Region is focused on providing the members living and/or working in the South East a platform to network, educate, share best practices, and promote the highest standards of hospitality within the region, Our Branch will work with the wider Institute of Hospitality Branch Network, bringing events both in person and virtual to our members, whilst encouraging donations to both the IoH Bursary fund as well as other hospitality charities close to our hearts. Our aim, Is to create a unified region, that not only thrives together but aspires to naturally break down natural barriers and inspire others to join both the industry as well as the Institute of Hospitality. Our Above & Beyond networking and CPD event went to Switzerland this week! In collaboration with Swiss Education Group Professional, we held our first ever international networking event, at the César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, overlooking the Swiss Mountains. And what a collaboration it was! The Swiss Education teaching team and student ambassadors went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and ensure the event was a huge success! Calling all cyclists! The Master Innholders is proud to announce the return of its charity cycle ride, in collaboration with Champagne Taittinger and Hatch Mansfield, taking place 10-14 September 2025 to raise at least £50K for the charity of choice, Hospitality Action. For the first time since its inception, this year’s ride will commence in the city of Reims in France, taking riders across the country to key locations such as the ‘city of yellow bricks’ Saint Omer, the historical city of Cambrai, and cumulating in a finish back in Chillham, Kent at the Domaine Evremond vineyard for a well-deserved celebratory glass or two.
