📍Why is hospitality technology often so antiquated? "Because the hoteliers aren't listening sometimes I think to what the travelers want - or the technology is not there to allow them to do it - so if someone came along and said we have a way of going from curbside to room and it's seamless to the guest - and that front desk is no longer a front desk, it's more of a guest services, concierge, hospitality piece instead of a transactional piece. Maybe more hoteliers would do that because guests would see that, fall in love with that, and everyone else would fall in line. So I think it's antiquated because they're just not innovative enough."
