    📍Why is hospitality technology often so antiquated?  "Because the hoteliers aren't listening sometimes I think to what the travelers want - or the technology is not there to allow them to do it - so if someone came along and said we have a way of going from curbside to room and it's seamless to the guest - and that front desk is no longer a front desk, it's more of a guest services, concierge, hospitality piece instead of a transactional piece. Maybe more hoteliers would do that because guests would see that, fall in love with that, and everyone else would fall in line. So I think it's antiquated because they're just not innovative enough." We're thrilled and excited to introduce the new Grand View Lodge guest app using Intelity mobile technology. Our app will allow guests to quickly navigate resort information, book spa services, golf tee times and restaurant reservations, and more. And then number two response was that they discover something that they had not known before or experienced before, or they try something new. And then the third one is that, that they feel joy or wellbeing from it. These are peers and they are interdependent and you take one out and it's a house of cards. It falls or it's a three legged stool. It falls. Because you can't have authenticity unless you have moments of discovery and you can't have that sense of joy or that sense of well being because you've had something be additive to your life by discovering something.     ✨Looking back at the incredible journey from the ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 3rd to the resort Grand Opening events this past weekend, it's been a thrilling couple of weeks! 🌟 The festivities were nothing short of spectacular, featuring performances by comedian David Spade and classic rock band Blue Öyster Cult. 🎤🎸 Guests were able to indulge in the experience and seize the opportunity to win cash, free play, stays at the Resort, and even $100,000 towards a new vehicle! 🏨 Our excitement skyrocketed when we received a visit from the current Seattle Mariners catcher, Cal Raleigh, alongside the legendary Mariner Moose! 🌟 The thrill of having these iconic figures grace our Resort was absolutely electrifying! ⚾🫎 If you missed the celebration of a lifetime, you missed out on an unforgettable experience!
