In 🇷🇼#Rwanda, Mennonite Central Committee’s peace libraries offer a novel approach to peacebuilding. By blending literacy with lessons in conflict resolution, these libraries empower youth to be proactive peacebuilders. Stories like those of Regis, who now peacefully resolves conflicts with his sibling and friends, illustrate the ripple effect of these programs. In these peace libraries, Rwanda’s youth are learning that peace starts with understanding.
