    Thrilled to share our case study featuring nature-inspired lifestyle brand Flamingo Estate 🍃 After teaming up with Inveterate Inc to create their custom membership program, Flamingo Estate saw these results 👇 - 200% over annual sign-up goal in just 90 days - 2X value of members vs. nonmembers - 16% higher AOV for members - 2X increase in member orders - 32% of member sign-ups in the first 30 days were first-time buyers, turning fans into shoppers Here’s the backstory: Flamingo Estate hoped to strengthen their bond with their already devoted fans. However, their existing dollars-for-points structure did little to engage customers and barely moved the needle for the business. That’s when they partnered with Inveterate 🤝 Our teams worked together to analyze consumer insights, determining a whopping 83% of respondents were interested in joining a paid membership program. So, Inveterate helped them design an attractive annual membership with benefits like exclusive discounts, seasonal gifts, early access to new products, and priority concierge support. In just 72 hours, Flamingo Estate exceeded the annual sign-up goal! This allowed the team to capitalize on the demand by putting memberships at the center of their Cyber Week campaigns. After working with our crew to refresh their subscription program, they boosted member net sales by 48% 🤯 Here's how it went down: Wandering Bear's coffee won the hearts of caffeine enthusiasts everywhere. But, its subscribers were getting deliveries faster than they could drink them — driving an uptick in churn. Rather than reducing delivery frequency or quantity, they decided to partner with Inveterate to introduce a membership program to augment subscription, ultimately giving customers more options. Together, we launched "The Pack Membership" – a program offering subscription pricing on orders (+ perks like secret menu items and limited drops) without an auto-ship commitment.     Thrilled to share our latest case study featuring Bambu Earth 📫 After teaming up with Inveterate Inc to build a more personalized and flexible membership program, these were the results 👇 - $739k incremental gross revenue - 3X automatic recurring revenue - 162% order frequency Here's the backstory: As a leading skincare label, Bambu knew its customers refilled products at different rates depending on their daily regimen. Their team needed a program that would reward customer loyalty while empowering users to decide the time (and frequency) of their purchases.     Traditional eCommerce loyalty programs are falling short — here’s why 👇 1) Points aren’t eliciting strong customer responses Old-school loyalty programs typically use a points-based system as a reward, but this doesn’t give your customers * any reason * to remain loyal to your brand. In contrast, cash back elicits an immediate (and powerful) customer response. 2) Traditional programs fundamentally lack personalization ❌ The large majority of eCommerce loyalty programs offer the exact same rewards to every customer, in turn failing to cater to the preferences of different shopper segments. At Inveterate, we believe that every customer base and segment is unique.
