If I became the CMO of a $20m+ brand today… This would be my go-to tech stack: Shopify… Duh. Tapcart - Yes, I know I am biased. But if you saw the data I get to stare at every day…. You would launch a mobile app in a hot second too. Klaviyo - There are a lot of great ESP’s out there, but I would need one that not only offers Email and SMS, but also Push Notification segmentation since I am obsessed with the mobile app sales channel. Yotpo for Loyalty program for the brand’s repeat shoppers Inveterate, Inc for Paid memberships for the brand’s hyper-loyalists Disco - "Network Effect" Post-purchase ads to lower CAC CreatorCommerce + Social Snowball ☃️- The influencer marketing 1-2 punch Rebuy Engine for on-site and in-app personalization, recommendations, upsells Gorgias for web and in-app chat FERMÀT for personalized customer journeys/funnels KnoCommerce for post-purchase surveys Retention.com for web traffic email capture Digioh for on-site and in-app quizzes/surveys Recharge for subscriptions - Saw their product roadmap at ChargeX, and it’s hard to bet against them. Yotpo for reviews Triple Whale and Elevar for analytics Nosto for search and merchandising FenixCommerce Commerce for estimated delivery dates on web and app Tolstoy for on-site and in-app video and UGC PostPilot is hands down the play for Direct Mail Swym for wishlist sync between web and app You’ll notice… Almost all of my picks integrate natively into BOTH the website and mobile app. Because if my website is making up 80% of sales, and mobile app is driving the other 20%, there will need to be total parity in terms of integrations and unification of the tech stack. I know there are many more amazing vendors out there. Who else am I missing from this list?
