Balfour Beatty is preparing to solicit subcontractor proposals for the third car parking garage project at Jacksonville International Airport. They will be hosting a subcontractor outreach meeting on October 9 at the Aviation Authority's administrative offices to outline opportunities. Additional information can be found in the flyer below.

Please note that the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) has updated its policies regarding complimentary parking for Disabled Veterans. Disabled veterans with DV tags displaying the wheelchair symbol are welcome to park in the Hourly/Daily Garage, Daily Surface Lot or Economy Lots 1, 2 and 3. Each economy lot has ADA compliant shuttle buses that will drop travelers off at the airport’s curbside entrance. Complimentary parking for Disabled Veterans with a standard DV tag (no wheelchair symbol) are permitted to park in Economy Lots 1, 2 or 3 at no charge. Those veterans with standard DV tags without the wheelchair symbol, who wish to park in Valet, Hourly/Daily Garages or the Daily Surface Lot, will be charged posted rates.

Thanks to our facilities team for working around the clock today to clear roads and remove debris after experiencing inclement weather due to hurricane Helene. The airport is open and operational.
