We formally celebrated the completion of Leyland Community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, featuring remarks from City of Boston officials, Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation, Hebrew SeniorLife, and current Leyland residents! The new five-story senior housing development includes 43 units, including five designed for individuals with mobility, hearing, and visual impairments. To build something that serves and creates a lasting impact on an entire community, especially the aging community, is truly fulfilling as a contractor.

We’re excited to announce the completion of Boston’s very first Ninja Warrior-style obstacle studio! Action Athletics, located at Boston Landing's Auerbach Center, features a collection of authentic Ninja Warrior obstacles and areas for parkour, climbing, and strength training. A major challenge involved negotiating limited space on the roof for mechanical units, and the air handler had to be installed above the offices and between the custom light fixtures.
