🎉 KIPP St. Louis had its first all-staff Professional Development day of the year! The energy, engagement, and collaboration were truly inspiring as we focused on Student-Centered Goal Setting. Together, we took meaningful steps toward refining our instructional practices and ensuring every student has the opportunity to meet data-driven, measurable goals. Thank you to our 30 presenters from across all schools who shared their time and expertise during this day! Special shout-out to Dr. Candice Cox, Founder Of KHAOS (Keep Healing and Overcoming Struggles), for sharing her "KHAOS Mindset" affirmation!
