Business Consulting and Services

A women's health and technology boutique consulting firm.

About us

kupara consulting works with game-changers to unlock the potential of the women’s health and technology market (aka femtech). We partner with people who listen, understand, and deliver the health solutions women want and need, at scale. Founded and led by Rajnee Singh, who holds 13 years of international business and global healthcare experience. Along the way, she noticed similarly massive gaps in health research, awareness, diagnosis, and care delivery for women and girls across nations and socio-economic segments. We must close the gender health gap, faster. We help our clients - top multi-national NGOs and foundations, drug/diagnostic/medical device manufacturers, and health tech start-ups- contribute to this mission and grow this market with high-impact outcomes. we were so happy to develop a costing tool and lead a corresponding workshop in Addis Ababa in June 2024 to support Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Pakistan's governments and their partners (Results for Development, Nutrition International, FHI 360 to name a few) for the roll-out of an AWESOME nutrition product - multiple micronutrient supplements. thanks to R4D and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for enabling this! a pure pleasure to engage with amazing people IRL, all laser focused on impacting millions of pregnant women and their newborns' health. kudos to Sara Shah for her remote team support, a kupara rockstar!

Last month, R4D hosted a Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS) roadmap costing workshop in Addis Ababa to train partners and gather feedback on a new interactive, customizable tool designed to support the costing and scaling of national and sub-national #MMS introduction.    The new tool, which R4D developed in collaboration with kupara consulting, features a user-friendly interface that assists users in estimating the costs of all activities necessary for a successful transition from iron folic acid (IFA) to MMS. It includes a variety of categories such as product procurement, demand generation, advocacy and coordination.   Government partners from Ethiopia, Nigeria and Pakistan, as well as Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation grantees, attended the workshop, which marked a milestone in the foundation’s efforts to advance maternal and newborn health in these countries — and underscored the importance of equipping partners with practical tools designed to drive sustainable change.   Once finalized, the MMS costing tool will be publicly available on R4D’s website, and we look forward to sharing it with you soon! #maternalhealth #globalhealth #maternalandnewbornhealth #multiplemicronutrientsupplements
