Maximizing the Impact of Nonprofits
About us
Leadership Council for Nonprofits supports nonprofits by providing leadership development programs, board training (BOLD) program, capacity building, and other important resources (job board, compensation and benefits study, free retirement benefit, and access to other cost saving opportunities). Leadership Council helps nonprofits to continue to build their skills and resources to secure the future of every individual, and community they serve. Our Mission To maximize the impact of non-profit organizations, develop their leaders, and strengthen the community. Our Vision Inspired, visionary leaders champion dreams of those we collectively and collaboratively serve in a thriving community. Who We Are We are a growing group of local non-profit agencies (over 250) who wish to build capacity, connect, collaborate with and learn from each other in order to meet the needs of the community. What We Do We strengthen the effectiveness of non-profits, develop their leaders -- board and staff -- and strengthen the community through building capacity, connections, collaborations, and cost savings.
