The 10,500 SF interior renovation will be the new home for our industry friends, McNamara Salvia Structural Engineers’ Boston office! The full gut rehab of office space also includes upgrades to the floor’s common corridor, restrooms, and elevator lobby. The office space boasts iconic views of the city, ample open office space, beautiful finishes, and more. Check out the before and after from just a few weeks back! 🚨 PROGRESS UPDATE 🚨   We’re mobilized and making progress on Dartmouth College's Fayerweather Hall, an 80,000 SF, 228-bed undergraduate housing complex!   #LKCO has been working closely with Dartmouth on its Energy Decarbonization and Infrastructure Renewal Projects at the Berry Sports Complex/Leede Arena, Alumni Gym, and the Floren & Davis Varsity Houses in partnership with the Cumming Group. The Fayerweather Hall project is part of Dartmouth’s phased housing renewal program, designed to revitalize this historic structure while introducing modern, energy-efficient systems. With upgrades to three existing dorm buildings, we’re excited to bring this transformation to life! 💡 Let’s Build on Big Thinking 💡   Last week was Construction Inclusion Week. In collaboration with the CARE Construction Safety Program, AGC MA hosted its second annual Stand Down for Respect event at the Boston College High School Cadigan Family Wellness Center Project. During the event, construction was paused to emphasize the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the construction industry.
