At The Morris Young Legacy House, Inc. we believe that "Everything starts at home." Our free program, MY Queens and Warriors, is here to remind you of the importance of prioritizing your #mentalhealth. Over the course of one year, we cover the cost of your mental health services, providing you with the tools and support you need to make your well-being a priority. After this year, our goal is for you to feel empowered to continue your healing journey toward wholeness on your own. We also recognize that healing is a holistic process, encompassing the mind, body, and spirit. That’s why our events focus on unconventional, often overlooked yet simple ways of healing as a community. From workshops, seminars, and mindfulness practices to creative expressions, niche hobbies, and community empowerment, we offer diverse opportunities to connect, grow, and heal together. We embrace the philosophy, "None of us have all the answers, but together, we all do." With resources like mentorship, life skills empowerment, physical fitness training, life coaching, and therapy, we’re here to help you stay grounded, grow, and thrive.
