Our free program, MY Queens and Warriors, is here to remind you of the importance of prioritizing your #mentalhealth. Over the course of one year, we cover the cost of your mental health services, providing you with the tools and support you need to make your well-being a priority. After this year, our goal is for you to feel empowered to continue your healing journey toward wholeness on your own. We also recognize that healing is a holistic process, encompassing the mind, body, and spirit. That’s why our events focus on unconventional, often overlooked yet simple ways of healing as a community. From workshops, seminars, and mindfulness practices to creative expressions, niche hobbies, and community empowerment, we offer diverse opportunities to connect, grow, and heal together.
