Please join us in welcoming our newest Co-Op, Ndiaya Ndoye to the #LehmanDaman team! Ndiaya is a fourth-year Construction Management student at Kennesaw State University. As our new Co-Op for Fall 2024, Ndiaya will learn how to estimate projects and scopes of work, work directly with vendors to purchase materials and equipment, and support our Account Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents with jobsite and customer needs. We're so excited to have Ndiaya with us this Fall!

We are so excited to share that Matthew Cieslewicz is transitioning from his Summer 2024 Co-Op into a full-time role within our Large Projects division! Matthew, who recently graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering, will be stepping into the role of Project Engineer. He will continue to work closely with our Project Managers, Estimators, and Superintendents, playing a crucial role in document control across various projects. Congratulations, Matthew!

#LehmanDaman is honored to support Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana (VOA) and their new Fresh Start Family Focused Recovery Center in Downtown Columbus. As the construction team behind this transformative facility, we were eager to rally support for the center, which will serve as a substance use disorder residential treatment program for pregnant women and mothers. This past Friday, we hosted our inaugural #PicklewithPurpose event at Pickle & Chill to gather essential supplies for the facility. Thanks to everyone's generosity, we collected children's books, toys, baby products, and hygiene items, and our silent auction raised funds directly benefiting VOA. A big thank you to our amazing vendors and everyone who joined us. Your support has made a significant impact!

'Music on the Lawn' officially kicks off today at Grandview Heights Public Library as we celebrate their 100th anniversary! The community can now enjoy this beautiful new outdoor pavilion and site improvements, including a permanent exterior drive-thru, enhanced traffic flow and parking, and improved walkways. #LehmanDaman is grateful to have been part of this project, and we're so excited to see everyone come together and enjoy the space all summer long!
