Meet our latest announced investment: Valdera We first invested in the company in 2021, and they have since raised an additional $15 million in a recent Series A round. Supplier discovery is a central part of any company’s procurement process. But the market for sourcing chemicals and raw materials is extremely fragmented. Finding the right inputs to bring products to market is tougher than ever. And despite significant developments in technology, sourcing and transactions remain largely manual processes. Valdera is a modern sourcing platform that makes it easy to buy or sell quality chemicals and raw materials. The company’s platform serves as a central hub that brings together buyers, suppliers, brands, manufacturers, and producers from around the world. Leveraging recent advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, Valdera helps businesses navigate the fragmented and arcane world of supply chains. https://lnkd.in/diiKZxz8

What if a B2B business could thrive by slashing its marketing budget and go all in on creative, zany approaches to spreading the word? Can SaaS businesses succeed by departing from the classic playbook of (sometimes) awkward webinars and endless Facebook ads? LH head of marketing & communications, Emily Libresco, takes up these questions in her case study of Air and how the company’s unique and radical marketing strategy led to remarkable growth. https://lnkd.in/eDZT6HZj

Congratulations to our investor Will McKelvey for being named among New York's top VCs under 30. Will's contributed meaningfully to our fund since he joined in June of 2023, closing 4 deals, and, importantly, increasing our number of office smoothie breaks materially. Well done, Will. https://lnkd.in/gAASmn2E

Meet our latest investment: Tildei While incumbent enterprise marketing software is built to deliver large volumes of messages, spraying customers with customer support options, it can’t handle inbound messages from customers or manage natural, two-way conversations. Inbound customer chat functions are stuck in a rusty paradigm. Tildei enables mid-market and enterprise brands to hold meaningful marketing conversations with their customers. The company’s AI-enabled platform allows truly personal conversations to be initiated by both brands and customers, with a variety of tools to start chatting through platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram. Tildei has cracked the code and managed to do something no other marketing software company has done: develop a new plane on which the brand-customer dynamic can exist. https://lnkd.in/ezcxMPSP
Please welcome Tildei, the marketing platform revolutionizing the customer-brand relationship

Meet our latest investment: Augmodo Retailers assign their associates myriad responsibilities, including customer experience, inventory assessment, restocking shelves, filling ecommerce orders, and updating promotions. They need a tech-enabled assistant to help and brands similarly need more insight and control over how they’re being represented in the field, but a viable approach hasn’t existed to date. Augmodo provides real-time inventory and task tracking through its SmartBadge wearable devices. Powered by a spatial AI assistant, the SmartBadge creates live 3D maps to build better, more accurate shelf inventory and produce planograms that allow associates to allocate their time more efficiently. In addition, Augmodo’s SpatialView analytics platform serves as a single source of truth for brands, offering real-time visibility into shelf condition. Augmodo is ushering spatial computing into the world of retail at scale and modernizing the labor workforce. https://lnkd.in/ed_f6Z-u
Please welcome Augmodo, the spatial computing platform for retail and commerce
