We are seeing great progress over in Pasadena, MD on Ritchie Highway Self Storage.
Once complete, this self storage facility will consist of two separate buildings: a 1-story facility spanning 23,500 SF with leasable space and a 2-story, 65,500 SF storage building with office space. In total, there will be 677 storage units, all accessible from ground level. This month the roof and skin are being put on building 2 and we are finishing the concrete foundations for building 1. Similarly, we continue the MEP rough in for building 2 above grade while also working on below grade piping and duct bank for building 1.
