Excited to share that Local Kitchens has raised our Series B! Chefs need a food delivery-native business model. "Ghost kitchens" tried to solve for this but focused too much on tech while skipping the basics - great food and human connection. Multi-brand restaurants are the answer, and are about to become the next massive wave in restaurants since Chipotle in the 1990s and McDonalds in the 1960s.
