Your material handling and intralogistics solutions provider may not be the first source you’d turn to for answers to employee retention issues, but when Hesselbein Tire Co., Inc., approached us for help they knew they had come to the right place. Our team introduced Raymond Lean Management (RLM) to improve retention and optimize operations. Employees throughout the company were formally trained to continually identify wastes in their processes and submit improvement ideas to management. This, along with other small, high-impact changes, helped create a more engaged employee culture, resulting in higher morale, workforce retention, and better service for customers. In fact, as employee engagement increased, the turnover rate decreased significantly, falling from 60% to 25%. Check out this video for the full details:

Two incredible causes! We're so proud to support these organizations and their dedication to making a difference in our community. And a big thank you to all the amazing Malin associates who volunteer their time and talents.
Every year, Raymond Solutions and Support Centers give back to their communities across North America. Today, we'd like to recognize Malin. For 10 years, Malin has supported Minnie’s Food Pantry in Plano, Texas. This year, Malin donated 12,000 cans of corn for the Thanksgiving meal giveaway, maintained 11 pieces of Minnie’s equipment and provided the Safety On The Move® Operator Training Program to volunteers. Additionally, all Malin managers participated in building 82 bikes for the Children’s Advocacy Center.
