This year’s Casino Night had a new twist: feats of strength! Employees volunteered to participate in athletic challenges based on strength, endurance, and speed. Congratulations to all our winners, whether you were playing cards or showing the company how tough you are. 

Happy holidays! We triple-dog-dare you to watch our version of "A Christmas Story."

There were rollerblade stunts, smashed guitars, and an unexpectedly energetic scavenger hunt. As always, we do Halloween in style! The Halloween party is our longest-running company party, and it never disappoints. Our costume contest winners were Barbie and Ken, homemade roly-poly bugs, and Dumb and Dumber! 

One of maddest company activities—the Mad Max Bike Relay. Our teams compete in a wild free-for-all bike race with stations, challenges, and plenty of crowd participation. Congratulations to our winning team, the Asphalt Assassins!

We’ve been in our company headquarters since 2016. From the amazing workspaces to the decked-out gym to the incredible kitchen, this is more than just an office. It’s been a center for company culture, bonding, and growth.

Today, we hosted the Maloufies. Roughly inspired by the Dundies from “The Office,” (ours featured a lot less singing and dancing) this was a chance for employees to vote on categories like the Old Faithful Award, the Best Beard Award, and the Most Likely to Use a Spreadsheet to Solve a Problem Award. Congratulations to all our winners! Some awards we’ve won in our 20-year history include #5 on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list, Walmart Supplier of the Year, and the Green Business Award for Corporate Excellence–and wins as EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year and MountainWest Capital Network's Entrepreneurs of the Year. 

What did 10 years in business look like? In 2013, Malouf had 30 employees in a real office, an official Las Vegas Market tradeshow space, and the beginnings of a new tradition: epic company parties. We always knew how to #MakeItFun.
