When staff is spread over several buildings and a variety of shifts, organization-wide get-togethers are critical to break down silos and encourage collaboration.

Our annual Battle of the Badges is a spirited rivalry that helps unite our staff and community to support those needing blood. It's one of many examples highlighting the cohesive teamwork and synergy among our Public Safety Staff (which comprises Police and Fire/EMS).
