Volunteer Opportunity: Volunteer Interim Director for Youth Ambassador Program 🌊 Marine Conservation Network is seeking a Volunteer Interim Director for our Youth Ambassador Program (YAP)! 🌊 Are you passionate about marine conservation and youth leadership? Do you have experience in program management and mentorship? Join us in nurturing the next generation of Ocean Warriors! Key Responsibilities: 1) Oversee the Youth Ambassador Program and ensure its smooth operation during the interim period. 2)Provide leadership and support to our Youth Ambassadors, fostering their development and engagement. 3)Coordinate with mentors from the Blue Ocean Network Hub to facilitate mentorship and certified courses. 4)Collaborate with the board and team to maintain program quality and continuity. Qualifications: 1) Proven experience in program management, preferably in a youth-focused or marine conservation setting. 2)Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. 3)Passion for marine conservation and youth empowerment.
