Join WTS Baltimore and WTS Delaware in a Joint Virtual Technical Session with WILMAPCO! Dan Blevins will give us a presentation and answer questions on subscription-based data services and their uses in planning and engineering projects. Dan is a Principal Transportation Planner with the Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO), in which he has worked for the past 24 years. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography. Current duties at WILMAPCO include congestion management and operations, demographic forecasting, and regional goods movement planning. In addition, Dan serves as the agency’s GIS database administrator and manages several sub-regional studies throughout the WILMAPCO region. Before his tenure at WILMAPCO he worked as a program manager for the University of Delaware Athletics Department and as a GIS Analyst for the New Castle County Water Resources Agency. The Maryland Association of Engineers 2024 Summer Convention was a huge success! We even got a quick visit from the MDOT Transportation Secretary, Paul Wiedefeld.
