September 11th Remembrance Ceremony 2024 at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Wreaths were laid at the base of a piece of steel from World Trade Center Tower 1, and the names of 39 Maryland residents who died in the tragedy were read to commemorate the lives lost on that unforgettable day. First responders were represented by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), MDTA Police, Maryland State Police and the BWI Fire Department. #NeverForget

Walked the US 1 quick-build project with my oldest today. He said it was the best Sunday funday because he got to learn about my work 🥹. Things he liked: 1. It almost connects to our house 2. Passes McDonald’s (no judgement) 3. There was an ice cream shop along the way Things he didn’t care for: 1. Too long (remember, he’s 6) 2. No crossings at McDonalds (no judgement) 3. Some cars passing were too loud 4. Businesses not using their entrances (he stopped to give me the pros and cons 😅) Have you walked our temporary shared-use path on US 1 in Howard County yet? We have a few other innovative quick-builds around the state.
