Today, we are thrilled to announce that Jacob Betcher has been appointed as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Betcher, an accomplished engineering professional and proven business leader, is eager to advance the Mayfield vision to provide technical expertise to project developers and manufacturers working in the energy transition. As we in the industry know, our work is becoming more complex as the transition to distributed energy resources and microgrids accelerates. And therefore, the demand for technical expertise and industry acumen continues to grow. The addition of Jacob to the leadership team creates the opportunity to grow consulting engineering and education and training simultaneously. These are the foundations on which our business was built when Ryan started it in 2007. As the industry continues its rapid growth, this helps position us to support in new and exciting ways. Ryan will direct his focus on educating the industry and becoming more active in the codes and standards communities. Please join the Mayfield team in extending a warm welcome to Jacob as he embarks on this exciting journey as our CEO. We look forward to continued growth under his leadership and maintaining our commitment to help our clients stay ahead of the curve on the energy transition.
