EXCITING NEWS! Governor Wes Moore announced that the Maryland Department of General Services launched a state-of-the-art capital grants management system. The new digital platform, designed by Submittable, will increase efficiency and accessibility. Each year, DGS, representing the Maryland Board of Public Works, oversees the distribution of billions of dollars in grants from the state’s capital budget.
