𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐀𝐒 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍 Building on our participation in the Portugal-DAMEN Industry Day last February, Meditor DAS was present at DAMEN's facilities in Gorinchem. This event, organized by idD Portugal Defence and Damen, aimed to promote potential partnerships between Portuguese industry and DAMEN. It was a very intense two days! DAMEN provided us with all the necessary conditions to discuss new cooperation opportunities, explore existing synergies and study ways to further integrate the Portuguese defense industry into the global naval value chain and help leverage Portugal's naval industrial capabilities on the international stage. 💼 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚̃𝐨 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 à 𝐃𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍: 𝟐𝟔 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐮́𝐧𝐞𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐬 🇵🇹 A idD Portugal Defence, em colaboração com a AED Cluster Portugal e a aicep Portugal Global, está a realizar uma Missão Empresarial à Damen, que conta com a participação de 26 empresas portuguesas. O principal objetivo desta missão é promover a integração das empresas nacionais na cadeia de fornecimento da DAMEN, um dos maiores grupos do setor naval a nível mundial. ⚓️ Durante a manhã, foram realizadas 16 reuniões entre as empresas portuguesas e especialistas da DAMEN, onde se discutiram oportunidades de colaboração e integração. As empresas que participaram nestas reuniões incluem: 𝐀𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐥, Aeromarine, Beyondcomposite - Composite Engineering Solutions, Lda, blueOASIS, EID S.A., GMV, INEGI driving science & innovation, Infinite Foundry, Instituto Superior Técnico, Meditor DAS, Sadoship, Shapetek, SURFORMA, TEKEVER e Vera Navis | Ship Design. 🤝 Esta missão empresarial, que decorre na sequência do 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐚 𝐃𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍, realizado a 22 de fevereiro, pretende alcançar três objetivos estratégicos: 🔹 Apoiar as empresas portuguesas na certificação como fornecedores da DAMEN, facilitando a sua integração nas cadeias de fornecimento globais. 🔹 Ampliar o portefólio de clientes das empresas portuguesas no setor naval internacional. 🔹 Fomentar a criação de um cluster naval português, reconhecido internacionalmente, que seja competitivo e capaz de operar em tecnologias específicas e áreas transversais do setor. #idDPortugalDefence #MissãoEmpresarial #Damen #BTID #IndústriaNaval #ClusterNaval #Networking #IndústriaDefesa
