However, we're especially elated this week in particular because we just debuted a Concordia Ascent Touch at a Coffee Fest for the first time! Concordia has been long a hallmark of coffee automation, and with many cafes entering staff shortages, we’re excited to see these go into cafes alongside semi-automatic espresso!
