    How does high engagement at work drive revenue? Gallup says: 🚀 41% lower absenteeism (with hybrid, I'd alter this to quiet quitting) 🚀 17% higher productivity 🚀 24% lower turnover (high-turnover orgs) 🚀 21% higher profitability Our feeds are filled with many ways #GenerativeAI can take on some of our creative and administrative tasks, but most folks are not speaking about its insane potential to bring teams closer together. Amanda Halle on The People Managing People podcast hosted by David Rice, calls out why engagement at work is key to scaling adoption. She advises employers to consider three pathways: education, experimentation, and establishing guardrails. She also does an amazing job of distilling some of the human anxieties that come with using AI at work and calling out why it's not everyone's cup of tea till broader team audiences in the org see the value (personal and commercial) in adoption. E.g., Managing distrust of the technology, working through the discomfort of its growing usability/acceptance in the workplace, and most of all, recognizing fundamentally that this is a tool. One that can bridge our voracious appetite for data distillation with a copilot that won't burn out crunching the numbers 😅 Definitely worth a listen.
