    IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Graeme Gaughan From studying music production, London-based Graeme made what he calls an "organic move" into the fashion industry. He now serves as a consultant and agency owner helping brands engage with the industry and their desired consumer demographic in an honest and aspirational way. Graeme is also a contributing stylist and photographer for magazines such as catalyst / eye_C mag, Sabukaru Online, Orientier , and Original Shift.     Raised on Vancouver Island, Colin Meredith has always embraced a hands-on approach to life. From his early days skateboarding, to his daily running routine for the past 2.5 years, his passion extends into his design work. With a background in technical apparel design, Colin has built a career with leading companies such as JJJJound, Reigning Champ, Arc’teryx, and more recently, Rapha.     Silas Adler spent the majority of his teenage and adult years absorbing the city of Copenhagen, and though not originally born there, he considers the city home. In 2002, Silas founded the clothing brand Soulland. During that time was also a founding partner for the perfume brand 19-69.
