Did you know according to the Society for Human Resource Management, that two-thirds of employers don’t have a formal workplace policy in place to prevent and address domestic and sexual violence? And yet: 1 in 5 workers experienced the impacts of domestic violence at work. Nearly 7 million women and 3 million men reported experiencing sexual violence by a work-related perpetrator. Almost 2 in 5 women in an AAUW survey said sexual harassment contributed to them leaving their jobs or disrupted their career advancement. To respond, Futures Without Violence works in partnership with employers, labor organizations, workers and survivors to advance economic justice and create workplaces free from gender-based violence and harassment. https://buff.ly/40opYmO
