How do we manage big projects behind-the-scenes and alongside our stakeholders? 🤔 Our answer to making it work and delivering stellar solutions across multiple disciplines is Agile (and, of course, a top in class team). Hear more from our very own Rebekkah Hilgraves on how utilizing this methodology can make a big impact 👇 Agile project management was introduced some years ago as a way to accelerate project completion and is an excellent framework for the kinds of work that lend themselves to rapid iterative development. We tell "user stories" that help us shape the work in very deliberate, achievable ways: "As a [stakeholder], I want to [carry out a specific task] so I can [achieve a specific goal]." Each story is written in such a way that a team member can complete it within a prescribed time period (a sprint of about two weeks or so). We calculate level of effort (story points), and the framework guides us to take in a limited number of story points per sprint so that we can remain efficient. It's a good system!
