    This October 3, we recognize Latina Equal Pay Day. Latinas are among the fastest-growing and most influential groups in the United States, excelling across all sectors and industries. However, in 2023, Latinas still experienced a significant pay gap, earning just 51 cents for every dollar earned by white non-Hispanic men. This figure encompasses all Latinas with reported earnings, including part-time, seasonal, and migrant workers. For full-time, year-round employees, the wage gap widens to 58 cents for every dollar paid to white non-Hispanic men. This disparity underscores the ongoing economic challenges that Latinas face. #equalpay #wageequity #latinaequalpayday
