Morgan-Keller has started construction on the ZeroPak project in Winchester, VA! We are transforming this historic apple packing plant into 121 affordable housing units to revitalize the city’s North End. Over the course of the project, we will preserve the historic buildings unique character while updating it for modern affordable housing needs. Check out the video below for a closer look!
Last Thursday, Morgan-Keller welcomed around 80 subcontractors to our first-ever Sub Appreciation Picnic at Urbana District Park! Morgan-Keller recently celebrated progress at Little Patuxent Apartments in Gambrills, MD with a topping off ceremony! We were joined by Green Street Housing and other members of the development team. Additionally, representatives from Anne Arundel County Government, Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS), and the Housing Commission & Corporation of Anne Arundel County were in attendance. This project will provide 78 new affordable senior apartments to the community. Morgan-Keller would like to congratulate Gladys Levy on earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus! Reflecting on her journey, she shared, "It took a lot of time and effort and wasn't always easy, but understanding the end goal made it all worth it!
