Dedicated High-Growth Venture Leader Driving Startup Success and Global Partnerships | MBJ Top 40 under 40

I'm thrilled to announce that I've stepped into the role of CEO at Morrow Global Networks, leading the Global Accelerator Network (GAN), Global Startup Studio Network (GSSN), Global Hubs Network (GHN), and our broader ecosystem of startup champions! Why am I so excited? Because this Network represents THE ecosystem that supports startups globally. Since my first GAN Summit in 2018, I've experienced firsthand how this wonderful community embodies the principle of "lift as you climb" - Where leaders actively support each other to create opportunities for founders everywhere, not just in traditional tech hubs. My vision? To create unprecedented connectivity and balance within our global startup support ecosystem. Ensuring that accelerators, studios, corporate innovators, and investors can access the right resources and connections at exactly the right time to empower founders wherever they call home. There's a beautiful support system here that amplifies the impact of every member to founders all over the world. As someone who has built corporate startup programs and accelerators, founded a startup, been a part of a VC-backed startup, and grown up in a family business, I understand just how vital supportive communities are to entrepreneurial success. _____ To our incredible Network members: Thank you for being part of this journey and for trusting in this community and its mission. I'm truly honored to serve you and excited to build this future together! 💙 _____ To the phenomenal Morrow Global Network Team: Pat Riley I have limitless gratitude for this Network you've built, for your vision, and your compassionate leadership. I'm so excited for you as you take on the role of President of Morrow and all it's brands. Thank you for being you! Mitchell Sunderhuse, Steve Hayton, Martin Foy, @Brittany Maxwell - A special thank you for the love and dedication you have for MGN members. ✨ _____ To everyone passionate about supporting founders and the champions that help them grow, and creating inclusive entrepreneurial opportunities: Let's connect! The best ecosystems thrive on collective wisdom and collaborative spirit, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on how we can make startup success more accessible globally. 🚀 #GAN #GSSN #GHN #Morrow #StartupEcosystem #Innovation

Co-Founder & Partner at High Alpha

Partnering with an Executive Assistant is the single, highest leverage investment I’ve made in my professional life. If you know me, you’ve heard me speak about the power of a high-performance executive / EA relationship. I wrote a fairly lengthy thread on this topic, I call the EA (Executive Assistant) Manifesto over on X. A link to the full post is in the comments. High Alpha + Base HQ

In a few recent discussions with both potential members and legacy members, it's become clear that there's curiosity about the differences between our Boot Camps and Forums at Morrow. To break it down: Boot Camps: Think of Boot Camps as hands-on workshops where you roll up your sleeves and dive deep into learning. It's like a crash course in creating a venture studio, where you'll walk away not just with knowledge but with practical skills ready to be applied in the real world. These sessions are co-hosted with leaders in Morrow and are available every quarter to both members and non-members. We're currently enrolling the next cohort: https://lnkd.in/dqVn6N-a Forums: Now, Forums are more like a monthly fireside with your true peers to gather, share insights, and build connections. It's a space for intimate discussions, where you can bounce ideas off your peers, learn from their experiences, and challenge assumptions. The Difference: Boot Camps are all about structured learning with a curriculum, while Forums are where the magic of peer exchanges happen. Our next boot camp begins on April 16th and you can enroll here: https://lnkd.in/dqVn6N-a Forums enrollment is rolling and members are clustered into a true peer group: https://lnkd.in/gM-pwQjw
