Last week was our third School Trust CEO Programme Conference for our first cohort, focused on leading inclusive and diverse trusts. Over the two days we had inspiring keynotes by Reuben Moore, Dr Mayme Hostetter President of Relay Graduate School of Education and CEO of Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT), Tom Rees. Every session was packed with insights, with engaging panel discussions on best practices for trust-wide inclusion and deep dives into race, social justice, and mental health with Jason Arthur, CEO of Mission44 and Roisin McEvoy, Head of Schools Training and National Programmes the Anna Freud Centre.
