This summer, we had the honor of hosting 8 incredible art therapy sessions for Ukrainian refugees as part of our wellness program. 🎨✨ Over 40 clients participated, with around 20 joining us at each session. Together, with the guidance of our amazing art teacher (from Sheremet School of Talents), we created beautiful pieces of art while also discussing crucial topics for newcomers—adjusting to a new reality, helping children settle into a new life, finding hobbies and friends, after-school activities, and managing stress. For many, this was their first chance to pick up a paintbrush since fleeing the war. NSC was proud to provide them with the supplies and the space to relax, create, and reconnect with moments of joy from back home 💙🇺🇦
