Today I had the privilege of presenting on rules of procedure for elected officials with Baxter Wells III. It's encouraging to see elected officials and staff take an interest in making a difference at the local level. We also had a chance to promote the League's Commit to Civility program. This is a multi-step program that showcases a city or town council's pledge to civil conduct and leadership.
